The Prosecutor's Office next to the Court of Sector 5 has placed four individuals under judicial control accused of selling counterfeit perfumes on online platforms, with total damages exceeding 400,000 euros. Initially, they were detained for 24 hours but were released later.


The defendant T.F.G. sold counterfeit products between July 2024 and February 2026, generating revenues of approximately 1,000,000 lei and 15,000 euros. Additionally, defendants B.M. and B.M.I. generated revenues of nearly 950,000 lei through similar activities, while C.F. obtained 40,000 lei. Investigations continue under the supervision of the case prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office.
