Petre Lăzăroiu, former judge of the Constitutional Court, stated live on Digi24 that it is "unprecedented" for the plenary of the CCR not to approve the request for postponement made by judges in the special pensions case.


Lăzăroiu also said that, although the discussion on this law has been ongoing for almost a year, during this entire period "the Government and other entities have targeted the magistrates and have engaged in a war of attrition. Now we are witnessing what was intended. That is, a rebellion. And it is a rebellion. Society is fractured. What more is there to discuss?"
