The Minister of Agriculture, Florin Barbu, announced that the taxation of greenhouses and solar panels will be removed from the legislation currently at the Constitutional Court, in response to farmers' concerns.

This decision comes as a result of the concerns expressed by farmers, who highlighted the negative impact of taxation on producers already affected by high costs. Barbu explained that taxation is not possible in its current form, as greenhouses and solar panels do not meet the legal criteria to be considered taxable buildings. Additionally, farmers raised issues related to damage caused by crows and wild animals, and the minister promised to discuss these aspects with the Ministry of Environment.
