Five company administrators have been summoned by the DNA for tax evasion, being accused of causing damage to the state budget amounting to 96,131,255 lei. The group, led by Gabriel Hăulică, operated through the platform leasingautomobile.ro, using 'dummy' companies to evade taxes. An ANAF employee was involved, and prosecutors requested the preventive arrest of the defendants. A seizure was instituted on assets worth 31 million lei and cash amounts.
