The legislative initiative of 36 UDMR parliamentarians and from the minority group aims to sanction provocative or aggressive behaviors towards public officials, including the refusal to comply with their instructions. The project amends Law no. 61/1991, introducing specific contraventions and establishing fines between 5,000 and 20,000 lei. Authorities will have the right to evict individuals who do not comply with these rules, considering the increase in inappropriate behaviors that affect the activity of public institutions and the trust of citizens.
