Krysta Tsukahara, a 19-year-old student, died burned alive in a tragic accident in which her Tesla Cybertruck crashed and caught fire, trapping her along with other passengers. Her parents filed a lawsuit, accusing Tesla of selling vehicles with a faulty door system that prevented evacuation. Additionally, all four young people had illegal substances in their blood, and the accident was exacerbated by excessive speed. Tesla has not commented on the allegations, while several similar complaints have been filed against it.
