On Saturday evening, an explosion followed by a fire occurred at a building in Dej, Cluj County. According to initial information, one person was unable to leave the residence following the incident. Firefighters from the Dej Detachment were quickly mobilized to Mihai Viteazu Street, where they began a search and rescue mission. Preliminary assessments indicate significant damage to the affected building. Three fire engines, a multi-risk container, two SMURD ambulances, and a SAJ crew with a doctor were sent to the scene. The intervention is ongoing, and authorities continue to work to find the victim.
