Energy Minister Bogdan Ivan has announced that he has donated 20% of his salary to the state and is calling on directors of state companies to do the same. Ivan emphasizes that it is important that high-income earners also contribute, not just low-income earners. Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu has also asked members of the boards of state companies to voluntarily give up incomes above the president's salary in a spirit of solidarity with the vulnerable.
