Hundreds of employees from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) and the Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE), together with their unions, have opened lawsuits in court to contest the reform implemented by the government led by Ilie Bolojan. This comes after a decision by the Bucharest Court of Appeal suspended the reorganization measures of ANCOM. ASF employees contest the decision that provides for a 30% salary reduction, while ANRE employees contest both the salary cuts and the dismissal of 14 employees out of a total of 300. The court dates for these cases are set for February 3 and 22, 2026.
