Marius Nistor said that teachers will boycott the beginning of the school year celebrations on September 8, due to their dissatisfaction with the 'Bolojan Law', which imposes an increase in the teaching norm. He stressed that the boycott is not a general strike, but will be followed by other protest actions, including a rally in front of the government and a march to the Cotroceni Palace. The unions are criticizing the measures which could lead to pay cuts and restrictions on teachers' work.
