<p>The project consists in placing five devices in parks in Bucharest, which provide food and water for stray animals in exchange for marked plastic bottles. The devices are powered by solar energy and were set up following a collaboration between ASPA, Alpab and a team of volunteers. This project comes as a continuation of the free spay and neuter program to limit the stray animal population.
