The draft law aims at fiscal-budgetary regulations designed to support local governments in increasing their financial capacity by reducing expenditure and increasing revenues. Proposed measures include improving tax collection, strengthening financial discipline and promoting decentralization. Citizens and institutions can send suggestions within 10 days and the draft can be debated in public at the request of associations or institutions.
