According to the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Sector 1 Bucharest District Court, doctor Sorin Păun addressed insults and insulting expressions to the doctors in his team during a surgical intervention. He stabbed a doctor from the operating team with the electrocautery removed from a patient's wound, causing injuries that required medical attention.
