The design of section 3 of the A8 Leghin-Târgu Neamț highway will start on February 1, 2024 and will last 6 months, followed by the actual construction, which will last 24 months. The Romanian builder has 1.56 billion lei (excluding VAT) - a sum provided by the PNRR - to complete the works.
