On board were 180 passengers and 53 crew members. Authorities intervened quickly, contacting the crew and ensuring that the passengers had supplies, considering the uncertainty regarding the unlocking of the ship. The next morning, the water level rose, allowing ships to navigate again, and the vessel was unlocked and continued its journey to the final destination. Problems due to low flow were reported in the Bechet area, where the ferry did not operate for two days.
