Cristian Ghinea urges Ilie Bolojan to dismiss Cătălin Predoiu for abuses in justice

Cristian Ghinea, an important strategist of USR, is asking Ilie Bolojan to dismiss the Minister of Justice, Cătălin Predoiu, citing a recent report from Recorder that highlights serious problems in the Romanian judicial system. Ghinea accuses Predoiu of modifying justice laws in favor of a cartel of interests and of proposing the appointment of Voineag to head the DNA, a controversial figure.

He emphasizes that Predoiu is responsible for the dismantling of the SIJ without leaving a research body, which has led to a stagnation in the fight against corruption. Ghinea states that justice has disappeared from the public agenda, and high-level corruption cases are systematically buried.
