Elena Faur, former head of the Purchasing Department of the Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry 'Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia', was sentenced to 5 years in prison for abuse of office. She preferentially awarded contracts for the purchase of products at overpriced prices to companies. Three other defendants received suspended sentences for complicity to abuse of office. The decision is not final.
