According to NSI data, the volume of construction works increased by 6.9% in the first four months, with a notable advance in capital repair works (+57.3%) and new construction (+5.8%). Maintenance works decreased by 12.7%. By object, engineering construction rose by 12.3% and residential building by 5.9%. In April compared to March, volume increased by 5.8%, mainly due to current repairs and new construction. Compared to April 2024, total volume decreased 0.5%, with decreases in nonresidential and residential buildings.
