Snow returns. Yellow code in the Capital, Ilfov and 15 other counties.

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) announces that, from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning, the weather will be cold, and the wind will intensify, initially in the south of Moldova, in Muntenia, and in the Curvature Carpathians, and then also in the southeast of Oltenia and in Dobrogea.

Precipitation will be significant in quantity, initially mixed, so locally there will be ice and sleet formation, followed by snowfall. Additionally, there will be an uneven layer of snow, with thicknesses between 15 and 20 centimeters.

The counties targeted by the new yellow warning are: Constanța, Tulcea, Brăila, Galați, Ialomița, Călărași, Vrancea, Buzău, Prahova, Dâmbovița, Argeș, Olt, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Covasna (partially), Ilfov, and the Municipality of Bucharest.
