The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) sanctioned AUR deputy Mihail Neamțu for promoting dietary supplements without marking this, violating Art. 153 and Art. 113 of the Audiovisual Code. During a broadcast on the YouTube channel "Voice of Freedom," Neamțu presented supplements as having curative effects, which was considered misinformation by the CNA.

Council members voted unanimously to issue an order to remove the content and will inform YouTube about the identified violations. Neamțu criticized the decision, accusing the CNA of politicization and censorship, claiming that his show contained relevant statistics about the health of Romanians. The CNA emphasized that public figures cannot promote dietary supplements, and commercial communications must respect the correct information of the public.
