The National Audiovisual Council has sanctioned the Realitatea Plus channel for violating audiovisual legislation, obliging it to broadcast the text of the sanctioning decision on May 28, 2025. Antena 3 was also sanctioned with a public summons for the use of abusive language in the program "A President before the Nation". CNA also decided to take action against illegal content on the TikTok and Facebook platforms.
