Wizz Air has challenged at the CJEU the European Commission's decision to consider the €36.6 million state aid for TAROM granted in February 2020 as state aid to TAROM. The CJEU rejected all of Wizz Air's arguments, upholding the EU General Court's ruling that qualified this subsidy as state aid compatible with the internal market.
