City Grill has acquired a majority stake in Marty Restaurants, expanding its operations outside Bucharest. Founded in 2004, City Grill owns several restaurants and cafes, while Marty Restaurants, founded in 1999, operates 6 restaurants in Cluj-Napoca. Through this collaboration, Marty's restaurants in Cluj will be managed by the local team under the guidance of City Grill.
