Ciprian Rogojan, former parliamentarian and musician, announced that his term as manager of the Musical Theater Ambasadorii has been concluded after five years, following an annual evaluation conducted by a commission appointed by the Minister of Culture, Andras Demeter. Rogojan claims that the evaluation was politically influenced, receiving a score below the minimum passing threshold, despite consistently obtaining scores above 9 in previous years. He considers this procedure to be a "cheap piece of theater," with a predetermined outcome.

Rogojan emphasized that the institutions led by dismissed managers had good results, suggesting that behind these decisions lie interests in controlling budgets and cultural institutions. He also mentioned that evaluations are conducted by "dedicated" commissions that do not take previous performances into account. Changes in the leadership of cultural institutions are not unique, as they have also been observed in other theaters and operas in the country, where managers have been replaced following annual evaluations.
