Constanta County Ambulance Service was called to Medgidia Train Station, where a 10-year-old child had suffered an accident. He had climbed onto a train carriage, from where he fell, suffering burns on 70% of his body surface, polytrauma due to fall from height and possible airway burns. The child was transported to hospital for specialized care.
