On June 27, border guards from Borș identified two construction machines, valued at €170,000, illegally transported by a Romanian citizen from Italy to Romania. The driver was unable to produce documents of origin and the machines were detained. In a similar incident, border guards in Nădlac discovered two other pieces of agricultural machinery without papers, worth more than €100,000. In both cases, criminal cases for concealment were opened.
