The draft law to be approved by the Bolojan Government introduces strict rules for Pillar II pensions, prohibiting full withdrawal of funds at age 65. Withdrawals will be limited to 25% of the total accumulated monthly, managed by specially set up funds authorized by ASF. The government will also discuss a €140 million framework loan agreement for cultural heritage, which will allow the realization of 14 investment objectives.
