A tragic incident occurred in Timișoara, where a 45-year-old man was found decapitated in a rented apartment operating as a hotel.

The owner of the apartment discovered the lifeless body in the bathroom and alerted the authorities. Investigators found that the man had improvised a guillotine from two planks and a blade, using it to take his own life. Subsequently, he left two suicide notes and a USB stick intended for the police and prosecutors. It appears that the man, who was divorced, was suffering from heartbreak. The police have launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of this extreme act.
