The draft law proposes to ban the consumption of energy drinks by under-18s, including through online and vending machines. It also aims to ban the advertising of these drinks in health facilities and schools. It also covers drinks containing various combinations of alcohol, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and stimulants.
