The hospital will be the first of its kind to be built in Bucharest after 1990 and will benefit from over 145 million euro in financing, half of which will be borrowed from the Council of Europe Development Bank. Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu emphasized the importance of this project, highlighting the efforts of other city halls in the sector to develop medical infrastructure.
