ANOSR proposes that each university analyze anonymous complaints and expand the list of sanctions for violations of ethical standards. Additionally, it is desired to introduce the self-referral duty of ethics committees.

The proposals have been forwarded to the Social Dialogue Commission and aim to complete Article 10 of the Framework Code of University Ethics. ANOSR supports the principle of "zero tolerance" towards harassment and abuse and calls for specific measures to protect victims, including sanctioning those who assist the perpetrators.
