The National Administration of Meteorology has announced a Code Yellow of thunderstorms for Bucharest and localities in Ilfov and Prahova counties. The warnings are valid until 8:15 pm in the capital, where wind gusts of 50-70 km/h, hail of 2-3 cm and showers of 15-20 liters/mp are expected. Similar phenomena are forecast in Ilfov county until 20:40, affecting several localities. Nowcasting warnings are issued for a maximum period of six hours.
