ANAF is working on a new interface for the Virtual Private Space, easier to use.

The president of ANAF, Adrian Nica, announced on Tuesday, at the launch of the International Taxation Association - IFA Romania, that the agency is working on a new interface for the Virtual Private Space (SPV), which will be more welcoming and easier to use.

Adrian Nica emphasized that ANAF also aims to improve digitalization, but acknowledged the difficulties in implementing a chatbot due to bidding procedures. He encouraged accountants to declare their taxes and mentioned that ANAF will develop video meetings with taxpayers. Additionally, artificial intelligence will be implemented in control structures to standardize decisions.

Nica highlighted the challenges encountered in the digitalization process and the resistance to change within the system.
