Accor, a hotel group with 24 hotels in Romania and 17 planned openings by 2027, will organize a Career Day to attract approximately 500 employees in the next two years. The event, now in its third edition, is open to anyone interested in a career in hospitality, regardless of experience. It addresses the staff shortage in the HoReCa industry, estimated at 20-50% in tourist cities.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, participate in practical workshops, and discover the career opportunities available in the group’s more than 5,700 hotels worldwide. The event will include sessions such as "Tips & Tricks for a Successful Interview" and will encourage young people to explore the potential of a career in hospitality. Accor also aims to train and inspire generations of professionals, strengthening partnerships with educational institutions in Romania. Those interested can register to participate in the event in Bucharest, scheduled between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
