An 80-year-old woman suffered a traumatic brain injury after falling from the bed of a train compartment, being transported to the hospital for investigations.

The incident occurred while the woman from Bucharest was traveling to Iași to pay her respects at the relics of Saint Parascheva. The woman arrived at the emergency room with a traumatic brain injury, cervical contusion, and wounds to her arm and left leg. Doctors confirmed that, despite suffering a serious fall, she did not lose consciousness and is in the hospital for further investigations.
