The incident took place in Bucharest, when police officers stopped a moped that was moving erratically. The driver, a 14-year-old teenager, tested positive for psychoactive substances. The teen had an 11-year-old child as a passenger. Moreover, the moped was found to be stolen. The teenager was detained for 24 hours and charged with driving without a license, driving under the influence of illegal substances and theft.
