'Rush Hour 4' is in development, with Paramount Pictures ready to distribute the latest installment of the comedy series. After years of waiting, President Donald Trump personally intervened to request the studio to revive the franchise. Brett Ratner, who directed the first three films, will return to direct this sequel, after his career was affected by allegations in the #MeToo movement in 2017. Ratner had a close relationship with the Trump family during the making of the documentary 'Melania', which Amazon purchased for 40 million dollars. Paramount has declined to comment on the project. Additional details will be available soon.
