Golden Globe winner Samuel Theis has been accused of rape by a crew member of a movie he was directing.

After the rape accusation, the director was removed from filming his new movie. An internal investigation concluded that there was no evidence to classify what happened as rape. This is the second incident of its kind in the film world, following accusations of sexual assault against French director Luc Besson.
