A student working as a security guard at the Cluj-Napoca Local Police was detained for assaulting a teacher who caught him copying

The incident took place on June 20, when the professor noticed the student using a smartwatch to cheat on the exam. After he was caught, the student became violent, hitting the professor and threatening him in the halls of the faculty. Police were notified the same day, and the student was detained on June 25 on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. He is a third-year student at the Faculty of History and Philosophy and works for the local police, but is not a police officer.
