RIVUS Cluj-Napoca will integrate the Cărturești bookstore, playgrounds, cafes and cultural events in a €550 million urban regeneration project.

The RIVUS project in Cluj-Napoca, with an investment of over 550 million euro, transforms the former Carbochim industrial platform into a vibrant urban center. Cărturești will be the anchor brand, offering the country's largest bookstore, creative workshops, exhibitions and cafes. RIVUS will include 400 shops, a 5.2-hectare park, sports facilities and a performing arts center, promoting culture and education. The project is in the planning permission stage.
