In a brief statement, Nicușor Dan recognized the seriousness of the bribery allegations against Deputy Prime Minister Dragos Anastasiu, who has been implicated in a corruption scandal linked to ANAF. Anastasiu admitted that his company had given bribes for 8 years, but was dismissed as a whistleblower witness. Government officials say the facts have nothing to do with his official duties.
