Following the recent weather phenomena, Hidroelectrica has set up an Operating Cell to manage floating and submerged waste in the lake Izvorul Muntelui-Bicaz. The intervention teams, consisting of 31 people, are working on the banks of the lake and have mobilized machinery to clean the area. From August 4, more machines will be added to make the collection more efficient. The priority is to maintain the safety of the hydro-technical works and eliminate the risks associated with waste accumulations.
