The Bucharest Tribunal has decided that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police must pay moral damages of 25,000 lei to the Deputy Chief of the Capital Police, Radu Gavriș, following the annulment of the disciplinary sanction.
