The Romanian teams have learned their opponents in the second preliminary round of the Conference League

Once the first preliminary round of the Europa League and Conference League has been completed, the matches for the second preliminary round have been established. The Romanian teams U Cluj, FCSB, and CFR Cluj will compete in this stage, with the duels U Cluj - Brann, FCSB - Auda, and CFR Cluj - Alashkert. The first leg matches are scheduled for July 23, and the return leg on July 30. The draw for the third preliminary round of the Conference League will take place on Monday, July 20, at 15:00.

U Cluj will take the points of their opponent Brann, which will allow them to be in the first pot.
