The Romanian national team is preparing for the crucial match against Turkey, scheduled for March 26, in the semifinals of the playoff for the 2026 World Cup, which will take place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Tickets for the match sold out quickly, in just 20 seconds, with 2130 tickets allocated to Romanians at a price of 145 lei (27 euros). If Romania wins, they will play the final against the winner between Slovakia and Kosovo.

The national team has launched an appeal to supporters for unity and support, emphasizing the importance of trust and solidarity in the face of opponents. The FRF sent a message of optimism, encouraging Romanians to stay alongside the team in these decisive moments.
