Athletes from Russia and Belarus will not be able to compete under their national flag at the Olympics, but under a neutral flag, due to the suspension of their countries.

The International Olympic Committee has announced that Russian and Belarusian athletes will not be allowed to compete under the national flag at the Olympic Games, but as neutral athletes. Medal-winning athletes will also be banned from displaying any national symbols and their results will not be included in the official medal standings. The Russian Paralympic Committee criticized the guidelines as discriminatory.
