In the 19th round of the Superliga, the Bucharest team Metaloglobus defeated the Farul Constanța team 2-1 at home. Although Farul scored in the 15th minute, Răzvan Tănasă's goal was disallowed for a foul. Zakir opened the scoring for Metaloglobus in the 22nd minute with a header, and the same player increased the lead in the 29th minute, taking the team to halftime with a 2-0 advantage.

In the second half, Narek Grigoryan missed an important opportunity for the hosts, and the guests reduced the deficit in the 65th minute through Vojtus, with a shot from 20 meters. Farul was left with ten players in the 90th minute when Țîră was sent off.
