Fermin Aldeguer and Raul Fernandez completed the podium of the qualifiers. World champion Marc Marquez had a modest performance, finishing in 9th place, while Francesco Bagnaia, the winner from Japan, missed qualifying in Q2, starting from 16th place. The battle for 2nd place in the world standings intensifies between Alex Marquez and Bagnaia. Ducati has already won the constructors' title.
