Croatian midfielder Luka Modric, 39, has played his 597th and final game for Real Madrid, ending an impressive 13-year career at the club. Although his team was knocked out of the competition, Modric won 28 trophies, including six Champions Leagues and a Ballon d'Or. However, he is set to continue his career, amid rumors he could sign for AC Milan.
