FCSB were knocked out of the Champions League by KF Shkendija, who won 2-1 at the Arena Națională in Bucharest. The Bucharest side dominated the early stages but were equalized by the North Macedonians, who scored the winner in the 87th minute. Gigi Becali commented on the disgraceful result, saying he would not talk about football for a few months. FCSB will continue in the third preliminary round of the Europa League.
